Projects
Data automation, geospatial tools, shipped games, and full-stack builds
A focused collection of professional data workflows, gameplay work, analytics tools, ArcGIS experiments, mobile-first interfaces, and the portfolio platform itself. Live work is separated clearly from prototypes and active work-in-progress systems.
Featured
Selected Work
Shipped game work, live analytics tools, an ArcGIS geospatial lab, a custom full-stack portfolio platform, interactive demos, and phone-first frontend development.

AI Data Workflow App
Agentic Workflow Platform
A Streamlit data workflow platform: CSV/XLSX ingestion, field mapping, validation, cleaning, segmentation, charts, account analysis, host worklists, audit logging, threshold controls, and human-in-the-loop review. An LLM plans multi-step workflows against trusted Python tools with a validation loop before each action.

Procedural Multiplayer Game
The Tower Is Hungry
A procedurally generated multi-floor tower in Luau where every route is assembled at runtime from composable shape and obstacle modules, so a solvable path is guaranteed on each generation. Server-authoritative round logic with a shared rising threat, checkpoints, elimination, and win conditions, plus a three-tier economy with 50+ stacking upgrades saved across sessions through DataStores.

Steam Published Game
An Eternity Gone By
A released Steam title I worked on with the team at Trashfire Games LLC. I built enemy AI and combat systems in Unity/C# and owned Git hygiene for a 40+ person Agile team. Team project, not a solo claim.

Offline-First PWA Game
Airplane Mode Beta
A mobile-first puzzle game and installable PWA written in vanilla JavaScript with zero dependencies, fully playable offline. 120 structured stages, endless mode, daily content, and versus-oriented systems on an interaction-agnostic puzzle engine.

Analytics Tool
Data Lab
Interactive data tools for CSV review, data quality checks, charts, scoring ideas, analyst-style workflows, correlation analysis, and plain-English interpretation of what the data suggests.

ArcGIS Geospatial Lab
Geo Lab
An interactive geospatial project using ArcGIS for on-demand 3D terrain, address search, elevation readings, browser location consent, geofence testing, event logging, and CSV snapshot export. The ArcGIS runtime stays unloaded until the visitor activates the map.
Full-Stack Web Platform
Brian Cabrera Portfolio Platform
This site. A custom Next.js application rather than a static resume: interactive labs, data tools, game systems, Supabase auth with protected routes and RLS, and continuous deployment through Vercel.
Games & Interactive Systems
Shipped games, procedural systems, and prototypes
Mustang Money
An unreleased promotional game prototype I built solo in Godot while at the casino. The player rides forward collecting coins, but the payout runs on a two-stage RNG system: one roll picks the permitted reward range, a second decides the actual coin count, so the prize stays inside promotional limits no matter how the player performs. I wrote the gameplay, reward logic, controls, and spawn system, made part of the art, and wrote the compliance proposal arguing it met Class II non-skill requirements for tribal gaming. Roughly $5 in assets and under 10 hours of work. The video and the proposal here are both redacted versions.
itch.io Game Prototypes
A collection of browser-playable and prototype game projects, including Froggee Toadems, AstralBlade, ChromaThoth, and Marion. These show fast iteration, game feel, and mechanics under smaller scopes.
Gameplay Systems & Interactive Experiments
Smaller gameplay and frontend experiments that connect game logic, animation, controls, scoring, and browser interaction into portfolio-ready demos, including the browser games on this site.
Data & Automation
Business data systems and automation
These case studies are intentionally anonymized. They describe the technical work without exposing private player data, internal screenshots, campaign IDs, proprietary folders, or confidential business rules.
Casino Offer & Campaign QA
Used MySQL, Excel, VBA, and Python to clean campaign data, formulate player offer groups, validate assigned offers, and support marketing exports. Work included checking player eligibility, offer accuracy, tier segmentation, and audit outputs before campaign launch.
Player Segmentation & Tier Logic
Built segmentation workflows that grouped players into tiers based on campaign rules, database outputs, and offer logic. Created VBA scripts and Python programs to verify IDs, groups, tiers, and offer assignments so mismatches could be caught before launch.
Aeternum Trading Co. Virtual Economy Analytics
Company work focused on virtual economy tracking, pricing research, supply and demand analysis, market spreadsheets, reporting, and data-backed decisions around digital goods and in-game market behavior.
Labs & Experiments
Interactive labs and supporting systems
Work-in-progress labels are intentional. They show what is currently functional, what is being hardened, and which systems are still under active development.
Full-Stack Feature
User Accounts & Dashboard
An active work-in-progress for registration, email confirmation, login, logout, user profiles, protected dashboard routes, and account-specific saved data. The feature is intentionally labeled WIP while session handling and persistence are being hardened.
Phone / Sensor Demo
Gravity Lab
A mobile-first frontend lab that specifically shows phone development: device orientation, sensor permission handling, touch-friendly controls, browser audio, and responsive layouts.
UI Experiments
Chaos Lab
A small lab for testing motion, browser behavior, and intentionally strange interfaces.
Security Engineering Lab
Security Lab
A work-in-progress security area focused on secure authentication patterns, password recovery, session visibility, protected routes, Row Level Security, safe environment variables, and practical account-security checks.
Personal / UI
Travel
A responsive travel timeline covering Asia 2026, U.S. cities, Mexico City, and interactive trip-planning ideas.

What this page is meant to show
I build practical tools, playable systems, and full-stack web experiences.
My work sits between software engineering, analytics, automation, geospatial development, mobile frontend work, game development, and full-stack web architecture. The portfolio itself is part of that proof: a live deployed application with interactive tools, ArcGIS integration, responsive design, and an actively developing account system.
